After a prolonged pause I am now back on the bike. Just had a week in France visiting my friend (and frere francais) Benoit and his family followed by a few days at home. Yesterday I had a contact lens fitting so in future I will be able to see where I am cycling in sharp aspect rather than blurred relief !!! Unfotunately last night's first attempt to put the damned contacts in was an unmitigated failure.....
