On Monday I discovered what boil in the bag fish must feel like. With temperatures soaring it took me a good hour to cool down in the morning and a cold shower to help cool down once I'd got home. And did we push it! Jody brought his new £1,600 bike and we hammered the Lavenham journey, hence the reduction in time on bike. I believe the weight loss is also down to the sweat that now weighs down Monday's shirts!!!
